Analavory Geyser in Ampefy, Madagascar

Analavory is a cold geyser, as there is no volcanic activity underground, located in the middle of the island of Madagascar.

The color of the geyser is caused by large amounts of iron and lime that are dissolved by the water when it gets contact with the outside.

The water can reach 20 cm up to 3 meters above the ground and it emerges as carbonated water, giving the same appearence as champagne or soda.
